Since dorm 1 is lvl 2 while the rest of the dorms lvl 1, that creates some issues with PI (especially when you want to send Ling to Dorm 1 with the best S/T operator, Dusk, Eben, Waii Fu, Rosmo, Whis, never get to rest enough to surpass or even match Ling 11 morale target, so they fall behind and you are forced to send Ling to lower dorms to give an PI teammate dorm 1 lvl 2 priviledges, other wise they die.
So I use Fia a little bit on them after their last rest in dorms. To keep ahead of Ling's morale recover

This is what I do, first daily rotations start:
Gladiia after 1.5 hrs gets Fia microdose
Fia rests, takes around 2hrs 20 mins to come back, Fia Gladiia immediately after
Exactly 8 hrs after initial rotations = last Fia to Gladiia, let Fia rests and get ready for PI team
Gladiia works until tired and she gets tired around 20 or 10 mins after Ling recovers her 11 morale upon last PI team rest (I have this down by the clock for by now, I leave some minutes to account for margins of error)
Once Fia is rested, use her on the PI team to recover 3, 4, and 5 morale on the PI team, keep them healthy, etc.

Looks complicated but it's actually simple: use Fia on Gladiia 3 times in a day and that's it. I think I can add another hour of work time to Gladiia but I am kind of busy these days and don't have the energy to experiment yet. The problem is the alignment I need between Gladiia getting tired and Ling reaching 11 morale.
