Yes and No.

Yes because she is one of the greatest dp on kill vanguard out there with kits that are dps itself. It also synergize to other vanguard units.

No because it takes heavy investment for bagpipe to be viable. Although e1 max level is enough for her to make her usable

I had around 170 pulls worth of Orundums when the banner came, I only managed to get this far with the permits from the cert shop (and with money of course).

I'm definitely skipping everything else until Ling's banner comes
