If you hit that 2% chance, you have a 70% chance to get EITHER Lemuen or ExuAlt.

Hitting the 30% after the 2% for a 6 star then rolls on a pool of EVERY OTHER standard six star, along with past Limiteds dropped in the pool; the featured 3 Limiteds have their name entered in that pool 5 times.

If you hit the 2% for a 6 star and then hit the 70% for a rate up, then you have the 50/50 coin flip for which unit you get. Hence why it's common to hear people say they "lost the 50/50" - it is not about the TOTAL chance to get X unit, but the chance after hitting the rate up.
