You put a healer on her and use her to buff slower attack speed snipers because the stun basically doesn't affect them. Basically the stun happens during the time between attacks when they're not attacking anyway. Artilleryman and deadeye snipers attack slow enough that they're completely unaffected by her stun, but every sniper class except marksmen, hunters, heavyshooters, and loopshooters benefits from her with no real downside. Coldshot and Platinum are exceptions because they have talents that buff them if they don't attack for a bit, so the stun actually helps them.
