Well, actually you could get Walter at 200th with the gacha tokens (new system for in-game limited banner [non-collab] the new limited one of the banner got discounted, however, if you prefer other ones [previous limited or current non-limited] you could still collect the token to 300 like all previous banners)

As well as 300th spark (also new system and the spark here is guaranteed even when you already have P6 Walter so ppl considered this as FREE Walter)
