If you need help with IS3 first boss, show what you have and i can give you a guide, but honestly just having texas alter S3 is enough to beat it.
If you dont have her, just choose her as a friend support in beginning and go from there.
You want texas alter because her fast redeploy is useful in killing all the mobs to get to the final boss, and can kill the floor 3 boss in 1 - 2 redeployment and her stun brings the 1st final boss to the floor for all your operators to kill the boss in a dps burst or just in general.
And right side of map those floating lobsters will fall if stunned by texas alter too.
