She's not bad per se, but she was basically the trial Incantation Medic. Her S1 adds heals on attack (for an entire minute, but it's still a non-infinite skill. May as well use Hibiscus Alter)
Her S2 causes a debuff that gives True Damage to enemies proportional to the distance moved (think Weedy S3)..... except she also slows them by quite a bit.

Honestly her best use is in base as an HR op. She has a Tier 4 skill at Elite 2 (compare to E2 Eyja being tier 5 and Earthspirit is the only other op who's faster than Nightmare, at the cost of double morale loss)

So you can just repeat that until you get to a 0 on your Orun count.
