It’s more about preferences, do you want her to live for longer can survive better too if you get a good healer on her (she dies anyways if you make her tank way too much damage) , block more enemies, and attack faster and stronger, but for a short duration of skill time, or do you want her to have a longer duration of skill time, increased defence, be able to pull enemies towards her (example: lee s3 but reverse), and but now instead of a attack speed buff she gets increased in attack buff, she also gets a range increase, you can google it up to see it’s exact size. For the attack speed vs attack %, speed means more consistent hits and % means more each hit.
