The main new characters I'm considering rolling for would be Horn, Specter Alt(limited)/Irene, Gavial Alt(limited)/Pozyomka but each of these would come at least 2 months after the other in order. If you care about meta, I'd say Pozyomka, Horn, and Goldenglow are the ones to go for. There should also be a Joint Operation banner that's coming soon with Skadi, Kalstit, Exu, and Mountain (you're guaranteed one of these 4 when you pull a 6 star) and of these only Skadi is considered non meta. @fervent cipher

Well then you'd have 50% chance of a good outcome kind of like any other standard banner but a 50% chance of a bad outcome. On GG banner for example you would have the same chance of a good outcome but a much smaller chance of a bad outcome. Joint Operation then would be good if you really want Kalstit or Mountain (both of these are fantastic lane holders). Also keep in mind any limited banners have 70% chance of getting one of the two featured units unlike standard banners (35% for each) and they also always give out 26 free pulls during the event tied to it so it's worth going to pity at least always on limited banners.

Outside of Contingency contract, 1 flagbearer is generally enough. If you're pushing more extreme stuff (either in game via contingency, or more esoteric like vanguardknights, or relays, etc) then she excells, but if you're at a point where you still need to fill central roles in your roster then she can probably be saved for later
