I killed phantom even before he got to my bagpipe, brought wrong skill suzuran too, was on s2 for previous map instead of s3 for dmg amp and slow, ethan binds and machine gun s2(m2) suzuran pretty much stalled the same as s3, chalter didnt even get to attack, had relics to boost ranged dmg, was doing about 5.5k damage eat hit on the duck so about 11k damage if phantom actually got in her range
