Short answer : No
Long Answer :

Crownslayer is a Staller operator that can stun lock 2 enemies for 18 seconds straight for each deployment, so this gives her a niche uses for high end content where you need to stall

Issue? She's not newbie friendly, she NEEDS high investment to be remotely good. She needs both Mastery 3 and Max Module Y to stun lock enemies
Another problem is that for vast majority of the player, you will be better off using that resource for a DPS than simply stalling them
Another problem is that if there are more than 3 enemies in her range, it completely destroys her stun locking so it's only really good for stun locking Elites or Boss, but they also tend to be stun immune

If you think this is worth the resources, then go for it
But for newbies she is not worth it for the resources she eats

like the overglazing of archetto's mod and the immediate dismissal of angelina's mod despite being one of the strongest. i can excuse archetto's as something fun to fuck around with on low diff, but angelina's straight up makes her deal more dmg than logos w/ perma levitate for the duration

perhaps im just high-diff brained but hope economy and draft priority are real things. very few of the operators that archetto synergizes with are "meta" drafts, even with archetto there are better choices from most vouchers, and the ones that are are really only significant in IS5 specifically, but archetto also has a hand relic meaning she peforms poorly in most lamp comps
