the attack interval formula involves two parts:

1. the aspd value: every operator has a base value of 100 and it can range from 20 to 600. Aspd buffs are additive between each other, these basically tells you in % how faster (or slower) an operator atk interval is changed
2. attack interval is a stat that's unique for each archetype. Some skill will directly change this value

the math formula is final atk interval=(atk interval+change in atk interval)*100/(100+aspd modifier)

which is to say, if an atk interval is of 2 seconds and we got an aspd buff of 100 the result is that the final atk interval is 1 s (100% faster)
if there is an atk interval of 2 seconds, a direct change in atk interval of like -1 second and an aspd buff of 100 the final atk interval is 0.5 s since you first change the atk interval and then you calc the aspd buff

Disclaimer that the endpoint calculation might differ from actual gameplay sometimes as the game uses coding program and susceptible to innate roundings etc

You can think of Ulpi as a defender who can also kill things himself. VERY durable overall. Most things in gen content won't be able to kill him as long as you have a healer there to top him off. Sometimes you won't even need that. S3 also stuns enemies.

Hoshi2 does a TON of stuff. S3 is a big multitarget Arts attack that does great damage. She's also very tanky. She's a very flexable unit.

Her S3 also has the neat mechanic that if you cancel it, she becomes unkillable for 11 seconds while also taking damage for any ally nearby. Or you can just let her S3 run normally and she'll just do lots of damage.

I cannot comment on Yu specifically but Hoshi2 is very useful. Easily one of the top defenders in the game atm.

She has to hit the boss 4(?) times to strip the shield and then P2 starts, in P2 you just DPS the boss down and it dies. Pram NPC gets frozen, need to have someone attack her to break the ice, which removes the shield in Phase 2 quicker.
