Special Operator I used Raidian form IS6, complete one of the missions that are in the last missions tab to level it up and that's it.
Paradox Simulation unlocks when the operator reaches a certain level, the easiest way, as far as I know, is to get a 3* and reach E1 level 55, then it unlocks, it's pretty easy to do too.
