Well the discount increases with each purchase so generally it is a bit of a waste to buy without going the full way.

Ines can be treated as a drop and skill cuz she leaves her reveal area. She is a great unit to bind, slow, and reveal enemies as well as hold a lane quite well (that arent tanky) while providing tons of dp.

Sash2 however, is more used with a greater utility sort of. He can reveal enemies and deal prob much more dmg. And reduce the cost of your ops which is insanely good. Plays around with deployment. And his s3 is great game changer to switchero costs.

not sure if sash2 provides more dp tho 🤔 maybe consistency-wise yes.. since ines relies on smaller enemies and big waves or tanky enemies (preferably one with high aspd to steal)
