Generally for those "pick 3" style Orienteering banners, they can be worth it, but ONLY if you can choose 3 good ops you don't have.

If you already have Haruka for example and you were to pick Haruka, Mont3r and Asc, then your 6*s would have a 33% chance to be a haruka dupe, and dupes aren't worth 30-60 pulls.

So in my example you'd skip the banner because you already have Haruka.

Also you don't produce AO permanently
You first convert everything to shards, usually with 2/3k (at least) orirock batches, then when you're done, or when you have a good enough backlog, you start trading everything at once in a tp
Start stashing rocks again, repeat

She's not "pretty good" sadly
In her optimal conditions she's very decent, s3 has big duration, high dph, can stuncancel some enemies permanently, and can have a very decent aoe
As long as pepe is hitting something, and as long as that something isn't trying to murder her in return

In practice, hitting things for long enough to stack the aoe, or use it to hit other enemies is just not practical, there's no range on the skill, and the main target is taking more damage than the aoe is dealing, so they tend to die and pepe isn't doing anything anymore
And in the offchance the target is immune to stun, pepe has to straight up tank them which, uh, won't end well
