For Green Certs clear page 1 and then get the pulls off page 2. You can get the recruit permits if you want too. Otherwise feel free to spend green certs if you need specific blue mats for an op IF you can't farm them during an event.

Gold Certs should be saved most of the time. If you have 258 of them you can consider getting ALL headhunting permits IF there's a strong banner and you're short of pulls without getting whoever the rate-up is. You also MIGHT want to retain 180 gold certs at all times just in case the rare good 6* shoperator shows up.

Red certs are really only used on chip glue and mod blocks. Blocks first as those are timegated.

I dunno about the other two but they're pretty rarely used.

Credit can be spent on whatever. Expidites aren't really worth it, just buy as much stuff as you can.

the rule of thumb for recruit is, you do 4 empty daily, and then plus refresh 3 star tags and the recruit occasional 4* 5* 6* tags if it comes up

you're very early so getting green cert will be harder considering you have nothing max pot, and you'd want some specific 4* like gravel purestream perfumer for base
and get 3* max pots so you get more green cert faster, so don't do empty just yet

she's decent in IS ye. she's aight in is5 and is6. is5 she's considered to be a somewhat meta pick since she allows you to easily kill spikes and her s2 has good utility. in is6 she's a decent pick. there's a playlist of raidian + amiya bosky clears some people go by that allows you to beat bosky stages even on bad runs. you can draft amiya from the mostly useless medic vouchers and she'd cost 1 hope when recruited from pathfinder nodes

they specified for daily usage. s3 is more straight forward. similar dp gen to flagbearer for the first 50 seconds after deployment but also he deals some aoe damage, reveals invisible enemies, is 2 block, gives your operators cheaper than 19 dp cost initial sp, is decently tanky, and swaps dp costs.

s2 takes more effort to use for gen content. that's kinda what the answer was referencing. not which skill is better cuz both skills are good

First: don't farm mats in story unless it's rocks in map 1-7. The drop rates for blue mats from story maps are really terrible. Like 1-2 drops per 6 runs. Costs too much sanity to do that.

Farm them during an event if possible, or spend your green certs to get them if you REALLY need them.

Side modes like IS (Integrated strategies) and RA (Reconstruction Algo) also give mats as one time rewards for no sanity.
