I just don't see the reason to prio SA over Ray
If you want to kill something, Ray is better, she has better range and dmg
AoE is also handled by Lemon so it's not really something SA will help over

And if you want Sustained Burst, why not raise that Pepe instead
She has better dmg with significantly better Cycle
Smaller range is one thing but in general content enemies just comes to you and she have a pretty decent AoE
