A unit from Year 1 is "bad" or worse in performance than units that are released this year

General Content isn't hard enough that you need modern units, even old units can still clear them just fine, just not as good as modern ones

Tho for Higher End Content is a different matter
Older Units are simply not built to handle high end content with their outdated kits
