You don't, but 300 is such a large amount of pulls that it's just not really worth it. Like for reference, a solo rateup takes around 60 pulls on average. For a limited banner, getting both rateups is around 130 on average

So if you get both rateups around 130, you'd be using 170 pulls just to spark that one strong operator. Those same 170 pulls though, on average, could get you like three strong operators if you save them for other banners
