I'm not sure how impactful extra tankiness on Mutsumi's substitute is and don't think Uika's talent frequency matters much, since it's just for off skill and probably not that much difference in fever. Umiri's might be alright for extra slow chance to generate fever, but idk

well, playing the game for one. a good chunk of the time you have event shops to farm which are much more efficient. even when you literally have nothing to do, it's probably still a good idea to farm upgrade materials for your existing or upcoming ops (rather than lmd, which you also need for upgrades but which you, unlike mats, can get from base)
