ok there is a command in a channel called bot-spam being /teambuilding this will give you insight about early game teamb building as a starting point and you can built on it from there thats for starters
your team has good balance so i am just gonna give pointer that i heat a lot
1 - being early game investing a bit in kichisei wont be a problem but overall she isnt worth the cost to fully raise her so keep that in mind as you progress
2 - amiya is decent and while raising her is fine especially due to a mechanic you are gonna unlock for her later caster wise the 4 star click is far better value than amiya

aside from that i would say your team is pretty balanced just keep in mind that you can usually swap shyruki for kroos when you need to

finally there is an event called doessless in the summer time beats tab in the stories it awards a char called tequila for beating its 4 level teq is really really good so i recommed taking a detour to get him

One is anniversary limited for CN
One is Half Anniversary for CN
One is Chinese New Year
And the last one is the true limiteds aka Collabs

Half Anniv and Anniv almost have the same roster but need to wait for a full year to get the previous limited unit.
