She's cracked there because of her Proficiency that's exclusive to IS6

It allows her summon to be relatively tanky, doesn't take deployment limit, stupidly cheap, faster aspd. And by simply recruiting her already gives you a bunch of benefits to the run in the form of more candle, more saved vouchers and more HP shield, getting her is close to nothing because she cost either so few or literally free

Radian summons are significantly weaker in stats. The def and res are not close, the atk is close since they also get bonus atk from Radian herself but the problem is that Radian cost 16 DP vs Ling's 18, it's not as cheap to be worth running. The difference is too big for how expensive it is

IS = Integrated Strategies. A Roguelike mode, the current IS6 is the newest one. You pick buffs for you and fight stages to reach an ending. This gives a bunch of one times rewards so be sure the check it out
