s1 is just kinda finicky to be using as a consistent dps skill, the dps is already just kinda okay in comparison to typical laneholding options and you lose out on 2/3rds of the damage unless the target is literally right under her

its like if magallan s2 was usable, which isnt high praise at all

s3 on the other hand is a reasonable s2 sidegrade since its base damage in a vacuum already isnt that much lower and can be pushed higher if the target is near a ranged tile for the currents to bounce off of, which is a less difficult ask
