depends on who you use. some ops you have that get a very good boost from mods wont be as effective for you as you already have good damage in exu2 wisadel and lemuen. texalt mod1 is a fine investment. thorns and sash have good mods but that's if you use them a lot or like them. rosmo mizuki and angelina all have really good IS mods. chalter has a good mod in the future if you wanna get that

i have 55 modules, i was looking at what what would be the next i put a module on before i level other 6 stars, i use thorns and saria a lot but i know that for thorns i should just wait for sakiko instead and saria doesn't really need it, on the other hand texas +10% seemed to be the best to get (and logos when i'll use the ticket, because i know with my luck if i get an off banner the game will give me the worst possible 6* and not a logos or ulpi or mylnar etc)
