These are items that I've come up with the past few days using my loot system. In other words, except for one (the Dragon's Eye Amulet) these do not belong to a specific boss. Rather, they drop based on boss level. You can see my earlier post about this (Secondary Drop System) although I've built on it alot more since.

Simplification of global loot system:

  • A drop system that drops items based on their location/progression instead of belonging to a specific boss (e.g. an item that drops from T3 Bosses)

  • Items can have unique drop rates depending on quality

  • Items can still be target farmed (e.g. Dragon's Eye Amulet), with an increased chance in comparison to global loot chances (additionally, moved to boss loot pool)

  • Max amount of Exalteds droppable from global loot pool: 1

  • Max amount of Mythics droppable from global loot pool: 2

  • Max amount of Epics droppable from global loot pool: 3

  • Max amount of Rares droppable from global loot pool: 3

  • Max amount of Uncommons droppable from global loot pool: 4

  • There is a chance to gain an additional roll each % of loot threshold above 100 (e.g. if you have 135%, there is a 35% chance to roll another item of each rarity)

Ranges for drop rates:

0.01-0.09%: Exalted [Global Loot Standard: 0.02%] [Target Farm Standard: 0.05%]

0.1-2%: Mythic [Global Loot Standard: 0.5%] [Target Farm Standard: 1%]

2.1-5%: Epic [Global Loot Standard: 3.5%] [Target Farm Standard: 5%]

5.1-10%: Rare [Global Loot Standard: 7.5%] [Target Farm Standard: 10%]

10.1-20%: Uncommon [Standard: 20%]

Moss Pendant
The moss that covers this amulet always finds a way to its original state no matter how much it’s moved–they appear forever intertwined.

Type: Amulet

Rarity: Rare

Drops From: T3 Bosses + T2 Random Encounters

Drop Rate: 7.5%

Primary Stats: +4 Defense

Secondary Stats: +4% True Damage; +3% Block

Modifiers: On Block, fire an AoE that slows enemies for 3s and deals 200 damage

Not really anything amazing, but this is just a somewhat nice midgame rare for true damage and block. However, I see the slow being quite useful for crowd control if that ever becomes an important factor, like in dense dungeons.

#

Cat's Eye Amulet
A cunning amulet that lets you harness the power of the feline.

Type: Amulet

Rarity: Mythic

Drops From: Overlords

Drop Rate: 0.2%

Primary Stats: +5 Speed

Secondary Stats: +10% True Damage; +5% Block

Cooldown: -20% Utility; -20% Boot

Modifiers: On dash, fire a projectile behind you that deals 400 damage

Definitely more of an endgame item. I see the dash damage being very interesting if you pair it with tabi and a dashing ability.

#

Soulless Amulet
Parts of your spirit continuously fall apart as this amulet tries to take you over. Those who fight against its influence, however, discover great capabilities–lest they become trapped within its gem forever.

Type: Amulet

Rarity: Mythic

Drops From: Overlords

Drop Rate: 0.3%

Primary Stats: +10 Dexterity; +10 Speed

Secondary Stats: +10% Critical Strike; +10% True Damage; +30% DoT

Modifiers: Vigor and status effect healing is halved; Lose 1 HP every time you hit an enemy with a 0.2s cooldown

Basically just a glass cannon amulet where you can't effectively regain HP.

#

Dragon's Eye Amulet
You can feel the wrath emanating from this amulet. It seems to have a small part remaining of the spirit that once inhabited the Mountain Dragon.

Type: Amulet

Rarity: Epic

Drops From: T3 Bosses + T2 Random Encounters

Drop Rate: 3.5%

Target Farm: Mountain Dragon [5%]

Primary Stats: +4 Strength; +4 Speed

Secondary Stats: +6% Critical Strike

Modifiers: While at least Speedy II, Lethal I [+5% Critical Strike] and Empowered I [+5 Strength]

#

Arcus’s Nimble Circlet
This circlet once belonged to the noble warrior Arcus. After slaying him in battle, Bothmur kept this ring as a memento–keeping the memory of their fight eternal.

Type: Ring

Rarity: Rare

Drops From: T3 Bosses + T2 Random Encounters

Drop Rate: 7.5%

Modifiers: +30% Speed; +30% Dexterity

Crystal Modifiers: +1 Finesse stack

#

Tehtman’s Brutal Band
A blazing amber placed upon a bronze band.

Type: Ring

Rarity: Rare

Drops From: T3 Bosses + T2 Random Encounters

Drop Rate: 7.5%

Modifiers: +30% Strength; +30% Dexterity

Crystal Modifiers: +1 Power stack

#

Adorned Band
A gold band engulfed with luscious emeralds.

Type: Ring

Rarity: Rare

Drops From: T3 Bosses + T2 Random Encounters

Drop Rate: 7.5%

Modifiers: +30% Speed; +30% Strength

Crystal Modifiers: +1 Agility stack

#

Bloodtreads
Wearers of these boots sacrifice a small part of their vitality to unleash greater power within.

Type: Boots

Rarity: Mythic

Drops From: T3 Bosses + T2 Random Encounters

Drop Rate: 0.5%

Primary Stats: +18 Speed; +6 Strength; -10 Vigor; -30 Health

Secondary Stats: +10% Critical Strike

Cooldown: 12s

Jump: 2.5 Units

Move: 0-4 Units in 0.5s

#

Platinum Pillars
Albeit cumbersome, these shiny platinum boots keep you firmly on the ground.

Type: Boots

Rarity: Mythic

Drops From: T3 Bosses + T2 Random Encounters

Drop Rate: 0.45%

Primary Stats: +12 Speed

Secondary Stats: +3% Block

Resistances: -30% Knockback; -20% Slowed; -20% Dazed

Cooldown: 14s

Jump: 2 Units

Move: 0-4 Units in 0.8s

These are meant as a companion to the Golden Greaves, trading speed, velocity, and jump height for resistances and block. I would have used the very first effects of the greaves, which had Armored II on jump, but I think Kick's Mummunt boots (that give shield on jump) are more interesting.

#

Viper’s Tabi
Shamans interested in the art of poison created these tabi, granting your every step with the aroma of venom.

Type: Tabi

Rarity: Mythic

Drops From: Overlords

Drop Rate: 0.5%

Primary Stats: +14 Speed; +5 Vigor

Secondary Stats: +30% DoT

Cooldown: 9s

Move: 5 Units in 0.5s

Modifiers: On Dash, fire an AoE that deals 300 poison damage over 2s

There's a lot going on here, and this is probably my favorite item I've listed. This tabi has +DoT, Vigor, poison damage on dash, and a 9s cooldown in exchange for speed, velocity, and distance. An interesting way to use this tabi would be offensively, especially with the Cat's Eye Amulet. However, the +DoT would always be nice for DoT builds.

#

Skybound Tabi
A pair of tabi that seem descended from the heavens themselves.

Type: Tabi

Rarity: Mythic

Drops From: Overlords

Drop Rate: 0.5%

Primary Stats: +12 Speed

Secondary Stats: +2.5% Block

Cooldown: 6s

Move: 3 Units in 0.2s

Another very cool item, in my opinion. The biggest thing about this item is the tiny cooldown and very fast velocity in exchange for speed and distance. This could rapidly proc anything that procs on dash very well (or anything that uses Speedy II with Rabbit), and I think having a dash always on hand--particularly with boot cooldowns--could enable a very cool playstyle. Not to mention the block chance which is also quite useful.

Dream Tabi
The fabric of these tabi shimmer in the moonlight, reflecting rays that can pierce through objects.

Type: Tabi

Rarity: Mythic

Drops From: T3 Bosses + T2 Random Encounters

Drop Rate: 0.5%

Primary Stats: +12 Speed

Secondary Stats: +5% True Damage

Cooldown: 14s

Ability: +25 Speed [Speedy III] for 5s; +20% True Damage [Penetrating II] for 5s; +15 Defense [Armored I]
for 5s

A lot like an upgrade to Planewalker, trading having a dash for temporary speed, offense, and defense. Basically like an offensive tabi for auto-attackers.

#

Millennium Boots
The brilliant purple leather of these boots are inscribed with sigils that hold a timeless power within.

Type: Boots

Rarity: Mythic

Drops From: Overlords

Drop Rate: 0.4%

Primary Stats: +16 Speed

Secondary Stats: +4% True Damage

Cooldown: 20s

Jump: 4 Units

Move: 0-8 Units in 2.5s

Modifiers: On landing, fire an AoE that stuns enemies for 1.5s and deals 400 true damage

Bastion Mastery: +1s stun length

These boots have the longest height and move distance out of any footwear by far, but also have a very long 2.5s long jump. They also stun on landing, and with how long they take, Bull will have already fully procced if you're using Rabbit. Additionally, Bastion will get +1s to the stun length. With the long time these take and their distance, I see these being solid with Bull for stunning large amounts of enemies at a time. But again, the usefulness of these just depends on how much crowd clearing becomes important down the road.

Type: Armor

Rarity: Rare

Drops From: T3 Bosses + T2 Random Encounters

Drop Rate: 7.5%

Target Farm: Mysterious Head [10%]

Primary Stats: +22 Defense

#

Mithril Sword
The Mithril Sword is a sword of legends, carved entirely from an extremely sharp metal that is no longer believed to exist.

Type: Sword

Rarity: Mythic

Drops From: Overlords

Drop Rate: 0.3%

Secondary Stats: +10% True Damage

Shots: 6

Range: 6.5

Damage: TBD [Low]

RoF: 120%

Cooldown: 15s

Ability: Fire x3 AoE (Radius: 4) non-damaging shots that slow enemies and make them 30% more likely to be pierced through [party effect]

This is kind of meant to just be a fun sword to use. The shots from this sword would follow a wide cone angle, which would make it bad for single targets. However, particularly with the ability, this could be a really nice crowd clearer. This would also be the first weapon to have stats, which I'm hoping a lot of weapons and utilities can have too.
