Got a forest guardian to second phase solo when lvl 13, no drop when killing it. I did hit it some in second phase too.
Now did clearly enough damage to bongo guy at lvl 12, no drop.

i do think that sb is just like a chance to get loot at this point
say you have a 50% chance to get any random item from the poll (based in drop rates ofc) or get nothing
or maybe it is a bug
