i dont see any harm in it, like a 2 hourly message in chat, if you dont go idle in that time like "hey, you should maybe take a break", i dont think its neccesary by any stretch of the imagination.

If i saw that message id ignore it. I take a break when im ready, if its 10 hours then its 10 hours 🙂
