At what lvl are you able to get treasure maps?

Every time I go to look on a tree for a map its not there i think its cus im not lvl 10

about that i don't know how it spawns and what's the prerequisites
But for sure everytime you get each 5 levels there's a treasure map waiting for you at the post office. I think the maps on the trees is not that common so get some bounties going, you'll get money and gold in no time and mainly xp

The likely hood of them spawning is extremely low unless you’re in a session with no other players

And you can find them randomly but there’s a cooldown on it
And they’re incredibly rare though

As long as cooldown is over, it's pretty easy to find. Also among other ways, loot the enemies you kill, I've got ton of maps from gang hideouts and such (ofc actively focusing on it is not worth it).
