Bugged perk cards

I’ve been using Focus Fire, Landon’s Patience, sharpshooter and Peak condition but Ive been told that they’re all bugged except for sharpshooter and dont work all the time. Has this been fixed or are they still bugged? Need this information to decide if I’m gonna switch builds.

Also any builds ideas would be appreciated

What are you even using these for? Swap landon's patience for something useful. If it's for pvp then also change focus fire for slow and steady. If for pve, then pretty much swap everything.

Mainly just PvP sniping. Made it so I could one shot anything but a tank build. I never really noticed a difference though.

Use Slow and Steady, Sharpshooter, Iron Lung or Peak Condition if you want more damage, and Fool me Once
