Thanks! I am using mods in singleplayer. So this is not achievable in rdo, Sorry! If you were to get into modding in the future, let me know if you need help (I do not condone multiplayer modding).
I do mod in story mode, I've made a few mods on nexus. I'd like to know how you got your online character in story mode though? I made an online Nigel West Dickens and I think he'd be pretty good in story mode lol.
So this character is a cutscene ped, meaning I didn't create them from scratch because they're already in the game. If you have rampage and know how ymt files work, the ped name is: "cs_bathingladies". I just used their head to fit the glasses (wasn't sure if it was compatible with mp_heads).
To get the pose, use rampage and go to animations, either on a ped or on your main character and use: "amb_rest_lean@world_human_lean@wall@female_b@idle_a" Then use "idle_a", "idle_b", or "idle_c".
To actually get your character in online, there's no direct method other than hiring someone to do it for you or creating the character from scratch. Short tutorial, there are mp characters in the game, I found them via the Outfit Changer mod, that allows you to access these mp characters.

We are proud to release our latest modification for Red Dead Redemption 2: An outfit changer! Featuring all of the more than 1300 single player clothing items (and in version 0.2 all multiplayer components!), Arthur has never looked more unique. A word of caution: The component system in RDR2 is ...
You can then save the mp head hashes and edit the facial sctructure with a expression editor. Its a bit janky and not as precise as the online character creation but it'll get by. You then need to add the facial edits n such by looking for overlays provided in the game files. You can access then via Codex, just search "mp_overlay" and I use OpenIV to extract those files as pngs. You then need to go into a photo editor and apply those pngs to your mp characters albedo/facial texture. After that you also need the Normal texture, basically the bump map texture that add depth to your character face, just paste it where the spot you put the other facial textures at.
Orr since you want Nigel West Dickens in story mode, Sir Joseph has already created him in his NPC Makeover mod on Nexus

This tutorial was condensed immensely, so please let me know if you're willing to create a character from scratch or need creator recommendations.
I know he did
but I want a more accurate one
