Before I get started, I just want to say I am a firm believer that all the guns in online are viable. Okay: I am trying to run a actual historically viable western load out. Atm I have the Pump, the Springfield, and two schofields. I have also been playing around with the lancaster, rolling block, and double barrel. Is there any alternatives to the style of guns i can go for/ any way to maximize this? (Current cards, PiB, Gunslinger, Winnin Streak, Fool me once, all lvl 3) Also I like to fight close to mid range with the ability to snipe being available but not a requirement.

Got to say first that I disagree with the first sentence and that all guns in rdo aren’t viable. I’m all for using what you like though. Anyways if this is PvP, cards wise, swap gunslingers choice for never without one which is a must in any PiB build. Gunslingers choice doesn’t really do much for you if you have PiB because PiB gives no bloom while active and the only redeeming quality of gunslingers choice is better accuracy. If you feel like you’re sniping more than anything run sharpshooter instead of winning streak or fool me once. Just depends if you want to keep your general damage protection or general damage output. Personally I would swap winning streak for sharpshooter because in all close to mid range encounters I get kills with headshots. As for guns I think just making sure to have a Lancaster on you would be good because the Lancaster is one of if not the best guns in the game.

Fair enough, appreciate it! I will add that my previous build had slow n steady instead of PiB as i was running a dual mauser build with a pump and carcano

Full accuracy while still having all the other terrible aspects about the gun? Just use Semis or Mausers if you want something fast unless you like and really want to use the double actions for some weird reason

I mean it has a decent fire rate, and it holds 12 shots with dual wield so it ain't bad.
