Cities are more resource hungry. Those mirrors in Valentine can cause problems on potato PCs. Try to lower graphics settings.

I don't know if anyone's said it yet, so I'll just say it. don't go in or near Valentine, at least until you fix your issue. your game doesn't crash near or in any other towns does it?

if they can enter saint denis, then valentines resources are not the issue. literally EVERYONE knows that modders sit mostly in valentine, and very frequently crash people's games when they enter the town.
