What is the tank gas bill for S&S?

I want to know what is the tankiest built for S&S I’ve tried just about every single ability card and I’ve got down to just needing one card

I wanna change peak condition to something that allows me to be even more of a tank

'Sharphooter' gives some damage reduction while using a scoped weapon. Not much though.
Then there's 'Never without One' - I wouldn't use it with SnS, but I know some do and like it. Just got to make sure to always wear a hat. Or better: get a beaver set - you can put the hood back on from your item wheel (no horse needed).
You could also try 'Strange medicine'.
But I think you're good with this loadout.

Both I’m an anti-Grier. I only fight if I need to, but if I do have to fight, I wanna be a very kinky person so nobody wants to mess with me again/loading on me/jump me.

Hm, honestly, I'd always use tonics in PvP - especially when using the SnS tank build. Try Sharphooter if you're good with scoped weapons. One of the best options for this build I'd say.

I have every tonic pamphlet. I have every single thing unlocked and I can still hold 30.

Can't help you there unfortunately. You can only carry 40 of the lvl 1 and 2, not the lvl 3 tonics. But that's not what you mean, right?

Btw, do you make sure to always be max overweight for the damage reduction that comes with it?
