im kinda new so i dont know much, but im looking for a ability build for offensive attacking, mostly on npcs and real players. I want regen and stamina abilites and something to use deadeye alot whilst being able to deal alot of damage. I thought of PIB, peak condition, eye for eye, and winning streak. Any suggestions?

Swap out "peak condition" with "fool me once" to have one defensive card. It´s also the best out of the defensive cards.
Also eye for an eye restores dead eye for headshots, right? I would suggest to not use winning streak since headshots are always one-hit kills; making the card´s effect worthless. And you want to go for headshots with PIB because it´s easy.

i would keep peak though just because it gives damage buff + im able to run around more and dodge players

theres also the unblinking eye and live for the fight which regens deadeye or decreases deadeye being drained which i could replace for eye for an eye

For me the dead eye regen from live for the fight was not worth it. Unblinking eye is a good card overall because it also makes your eagle eye last much longer. But with PIB it does not make that much of a difference (PVP Cat tested it). It´s best to use with Slippery Bastard. I think eye for an eye is the best choice for your build.

One thing about peak condition: could be that the card is not working properly. The part about the damage boost. @hybrid crane tested this.
