Whats the easiest way to earn gold bars as a beginner aside from story missions? Im only rank 10 and dont really know what to do 🥲

Other than that you can earn gold doing pretty much anything.
You can mix in doing some daily objectives, every 5 levels you get a treasure map (also on rare occasion you can get them by looting enemies/from freeroam encounters).
You can also ern some easy gold via buckles (check on them in pause menu>progression or so). Most "buckles" can be reset when maxed out.
You could also find some people doing call to arms or bounty hunter in posse up channels.

Daily challenges are a very good way, at the beginning its only little amounts of gold but I’m pretty sure they multiply each time you continue a daily streak, so from mere 0.1 you could go to very high numbers if you’re consistent

Do bounty’s, I just spent $7.55AUD to get 25 gold and I bought bounty Hunter and then I activated 2FA (You can activate it on Social Club, just make sure your log into the social club acc that’s link with your console acc) and i had 35 gold

Stranger missions, blood money, story missions, free roam events, PvP showdowns etc,
They all pay exactly the same (bounty hunter included, don't get bounty hunting to "earn gold quicker" because it's not quicker, get bounty hunter to unlock more missions to keep shit interesting
Featured series PvP mode is 2x gold
