I spam tf outta tonics and I use varmint rifle, Improbed Bow, dual shotguns

recommend switching eye for a eye to iorn lung or peak condition.. and guns should be dual navy’s a bolt and either a carc or a pump action shotgun

I use the same in both pve and PvP but iron lung instead of gunslingers. Staying alive is best offense.
Edit: in PvP I replace eye for an eye for sharpshooter

Iron lung or never without one, which is more tanky

Iron lung. Never without one has bad synergy with slow and steady. With slow and steady active the headshots are not counted as headshots. So you re trading one hs while you don’t have deadeye active with a constant dmg decrease
