This is a known issue and back in the day the -ignorepipelinecache command would be the fix, I have that command in and it still continues to crash. YES, all drivers are up-to-date and no the computer isn't overheating. Verified game files, other games run just fine.

Do you get an error after the CTD or it's just CTD without any popup warning? You can check Event Viewer logs as well.

The -ignorepipelinecache argument could be a placebo since they presumably removed the need to use that - it was mentioned in the patch notes.
