like avi said above, redm is the place! when you download it, you can find a ton of rp server recommendations. there are A TON! all with different features, jobs, environments, rp expectations, etc.

Just like the GTA rp servers, the good servers only want famous influencers/ppl with lots of subs, and the bad servers that takes everyone aren't that great. So don't have your expections set up too high.
