Found it on a spot south of valentine I think, probably good to setup up camp there and just do trader missions nearby ( I usually get legendaries when im doing some kind of missions tbh)

and dont actively seek it, idky but yeah if you actively try to find it, it wont show up >>

you can do a bloodmoney mission from the guy near rhodes it ALWAYS spawns the buck or the bison there
