I waited twelve minutes and noticed i earned 300 less BH exp. Is there a nerf on exp gain if u keep repeating missions?

There are some infamous bounties that don't even last 12 minutes. That may what you're experiencing.
A good example is the 3rd serial killer in Saint Denis where you have to go get him out of a cage near the train depot.
Even if the player takes his time getting there, there isn't much time to rescue him once the player gets near there, perhaps 8 minutes if he's lucky.
I've never made it to 12 minutes in that mission, no matter my approach.
I think there's a few others like that. The last of the Bellingham brothers at Clemens Cove is another short one with no time to waste.

@inner bear yup. If you really want to milk the clock, the Three Widows at Emerald all take more than 12 minutes.
