Well if you do not have access go talk to a mod to state the problem and stop bitching in here. He is not snitching, u are using this channel the wrong way.

Imagine trying to help and you get called a snitch 💀, if modmail isnt helping you, your lvl probably isnt high enough, you need to be atleast lvl 5 in the server to post in posse recruitment

You have to be level five in the server for access to the posse recruitment channel. You get to that level by talking in the channels. General questions is for questions related to the game. Not recruiting.
