Has anyone been able to start RDR2 offline? I can't and it's annoying | Red Dead Online | Page 1

I am trying to start offline (PC), as I have a period of offline only coming up and wish to be able to play RDR2 offline

Keep getting the Activation Error, even though I have recently played online, bothe Story and Online modes

faced same problem before and verifying files was solved mine dont know more :(

I don't think you can bypass that initial DRM check.

Try using crack. I mean it's not cool and all, but you've paid for the game after all, so pretend it's offline mod.

Today I played both Offline and Story mode while connected to the internet, then afterwards tried playing while disconnected, got the Activation Error

Sent an email to Rockstar Support, got an automated email reply directing me to the support page on their website, which I already checked and wasn't helpful

Had this problem too rockstar told me to start the game with internet and then turn the internet off( there is no way I could get internet access at this point)
