Constantly do local small deliveries. Even with just 1 good it gives the same XP as 25. So you can do them over and over to rapidly gain XP

It’s only worth it if you will use it
If you don’t do hunting that often then I would not buy it
If you seem as if you are a dedicated hunter then go for it
