so basically it will just flash a black screen for a split second and then it will crash but the "play" button says "quitting" when it does it can anyone help?

i deleted my graphics drivers adn then did a clean install

That was already included in the above list & clearing shader/Nvidia cache which is effectively what re-installing the driver does... So you did not try all of them. kekboy
