As the title says, im wondering if I should brew the best shine quality available but then I'm not sure the preferred buyer for this flavor will still be there as the buyers will reset before my production is complete. What should I do, will the buyer still be there for my three stars shine?

yea, I've found berry cobbler is a very useful shine to brew as there is (almost) always a buyer, as well as being quite easy to get. With the only real 'hassle' being collecting the raspberries. All three star moonshines require some form of collector's role item (absinthe, Caribbean rum, Creek plum)
