I’m having trouble getting big fish ad finding good locations

By big fish I mean the ones that go on the horse

I forget which ones are big fishes though, but I know catfish are

Keep in mind that you need the right type of lure/bait to catch them depending on their habitat

Quick question how many breads of horses can you find In the wild

Useless since you can't keep any of them

you can catch Muskie near Van Horn, Sturgeon in flat iron lake, Pike in rivers, id buy the "special spinner" lure if you dont have it already, it works on every fish if you're not certain which of the swamp/river/lake lures you need

In RDO you can only buy horses to keep them

Also wild horses aren’t completely useless for example you find 2 perfect large pelts or carcasses and don’t have the hunting wagon and your playing solo

Your gonna need an extra horse

You can use a lasso on your horse to drag around the second carcass

you can lasso dead deer and stuff as well

i dont think ive ever used a wild horse for anything in RDO

to each their own, typically full carcasses of deer sized animals are the best to donate

Yea, and it's pretty hard getting a perfect bear pelt and a horse at the same time

And if you don’t find a wild horse you can always kill an npc and take their horse

The only place I can think of that has both at the same time are bisons and horses, but bisons aren't really that worth it

Probably for realism? I heard black bears are way more passive than grizzlies, like how snakes run away

According to google, they mostly eat plants, maybe that's what factors into their nature

yeah they are, lots of black bears in my state and they're super super skittish unless it's a mother with cubs
