split point ammunition

Do i get it right - split point ammunition has 100% accuracy, so i can hip fire it and always hit without any bloom?
If thats not true, why use it? It has less damage than express ammunition but i have to craft it manually.

all it has is more damage than regular, no point to use it over express

split point ammo does not increase accuracy in online. iron sights do not increase accuracy in online, scope only increase accuracy when you look trogh scope . Stat bar is irelevant

I usually fill up split point so when all my other ammo is out I still got a little more
