Also tried tinkering around with all the shadow options in the game, tried changing from VULKAN to DX12 but nothing seems to help.
Never had this problem anywhere else in the game, except now :/

You'll have to post what settings the game is running on. But before that, is MSAA on?
And have you tried deleting SGA files, DirectX Shader Cache, Steam Cache? Steps are in #1061693442092183592.
