#Firewall is blocking Airlink / SteamLink on my Quest 2

Airlink, SteamLink and possibly VirtualDekstop don't work unless I turn off my private network firewall.
I haven't found any other way so far to make it work without me needing to turn it off.

I tried a lot of stuff.
Disabling all outbound and inbound rules, didn't work. Enabling all of them neither.
I tried adding OculusDash.exe, OVRRedir.exe, OVRServer_x64.exe and OVRServiceLauncher.exe into inbound and outbond rules, nothing.
I do not have any other firewall or VPN software installed, I'm only using Windows Defender.
I have my network profile set to private.
The PC is connected to the router via Ethernet.
The Router and PC are on the same network.
The Wi-fi has a 5GHz connection and the Quest 2 is the only device connected.
The router is in the same room as my headset.
I added multiple different port rules for inbound and outbound rules to allow connection for Airlink and Steamlink.
In the Oculus app, the Public Test Channel is toggled off according to Meta Support.
I gave exceptions to allow through firewall for any VR related programs.
I uninstalled Hamachi as it can cause connection issues, but even after removing it completely, still no change.
On the Internet there's not a lot of threads on people with the same issue as mine and their solutions didn't work for me. I opened a Meta Support ticket as well and they were bamboozled as well.
I have no idea what is blocking the connection anymore, but I can always provide more information if needed.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

My PC Specs are:
AMD Ryzen 5 5600 6-Core Processor 3.50 GHz
Radeon RX 6600 8GB
RAM: GDDR6 (Micron) 32GB
Windows 11 Home, 64-bit operating system
Router Alcatel HH71VM

I also tried connecting my Quest to a PC hotspot, but if I set the band to 5GHz, it's in a constant loop of trying to find the IP address, and if I set the band to "Any available", it connects, but with no internet

My recommendation is to make a post on reddit because I would be surprised if anyone here has the advice you need

I did not notice that. Your ram is definitely not GDDR6 since the ryzen 5 5600 only support DDR4. Your graphics card does however use GDDR6 memory

I think this information is irrelevant to the issue though
