When i record on my quest 2 and sync the vid to my phone and then ti my computer to edit it there is audio cuts and audio glitches is it bc i’m syncing it to my phone and then to my computer?

Probably. Lots of compression if you do it that way. I’d recommend just connecting the quest 2 to your pc via a cable and copy the files from file explorer
